Our company JPG plans to invest more than $3 million dollars over the next 5 years to acquire properties for new renovations and new construction homes for rent and sale. We understand that everyone needs a place to live no matter what their situation may be. Most importantly, we want to provide people with the opportunity to live in decent homes with their families.

The housing industry is increasing in pricing for homeowners and renters all across the nation due to high inflations, high interest rates, increase in cost of living and short-term renting. These above factors including the destructive myths about voucher holders are making it nearly impossible to find reasonable rents or affordable housing in New Orleans and other large predominant poor cities; especially for the poor on the Voucher program Section 8. The unavailability of housing for voucher holders creates a problem that can be solved by JPG company. By focusing specifically on providing housing for voucher holders and building economically friendly homes for first time homeowners. It positions JPG high in the supply chain for this great demand that everyone else is ignoring.
